We are planning on taking him to a vet ASAP, but the worry about my dog is making me reach out to Yahoo answers. I tried doing research and the most similar growths I found seemed to be benign, but I was wondering if anyone here could help me figure out what it is specifically. Thank you

It looks to be a cancerous growth & needs to be removed. But with no Vets on this site & glad you are taking the dog ASAP to the Vet.
Most likely a wart... Please update us if you find out 100% what is wrong! Hope he will be okay. <3
Your vet will be able to tell you. None of us are vets on Yahoo Answers.
LOVE the way people on here are ALWAYS taking their pets to the vet ''tomorrow''..... So why are they posting on here?? For free advice because they're too cheap to take their animal to a professional. Ask a thousand strangers is far cheaper. Now stand back, everyone, while Mr Cheapskate delivers a ''the vets are closed, the vet lives 100s of miles away, my car is in dock blah blah blah '' rant.
i think u are asking us so u can get out of spending money at the vet
Could be a cyst, a weird mole, a wart, or maybe possibly something more serious. Do not panic. You're going to the doctor, so you'll be ok.
Looks like a sebaceous cyst to me, but literally no one can diagnose this from a photo.
I would just take her to the vet and have him look at it. It looks like a wart, but you never know. Just relax, and get him to the vet as soon as you can.
No, I wouldn't sever the dog's paw over this. My dog had a tumor, very similar, it was malignant but localized.
There is no way to know without a biopsy.
i would take him to the vet
