What is the int from 25 to 64 of ln(y)/√y) dy?
int from 25 to 64 (ln(y)/√y dy
i m trying to do integration by parts here and this is what i have so far:
u = ln(y)
du = 1/y dy
dv = 1/√y dy
v = 2√y
int(ln(y)/√y) dy)
= uv - int(vdu)
=ln(y)2√y - int(2√y*1/y dy)
= 2√y ln(y) -4√y
I subbed in the 64 and 25 but the answer i get is wrong.. i don't know how to exactly go from here .. if someone could help me out, it would be great! thanks.

= ∫4ln(u) du, where u = √y
= 4uln(u) - 4u, u from 5 to 8
= 4[8ln8 - 5ln5 - 8+5]
= 22.35
