It all depends on whether the pair is the subject of the sentence:
"Anna and I are going to the store"
or the predicate/object:
"Will you drive Anna and me to the store?"
The way to figure out which is correct in a particular sentence is to do what coopersmima said, and take out the part of the sentence referring to the other group.
"Anna and I are going to the store" : would you say
"I am going to the store" or "Me am going to the store"?
When you take Anna out of the sentence, it's pretty clear. Same with "Will you drive Anna and me to the store?"
it would be anna and i if it was in the nominative case. ex. subject or predicate nominative. it would be anna and me if it was in the objective case. ex. indirect object, direct object or object of preposition. if you are using it as an appositive, then it would be in the same case as the word it was modifying.

That's how you figure it out!
Easy way to figure out. Take "Anna" out of the sentence. "Anna and I want....." (without Anna) I want......
Anna and I is correct.
I and Anna isn't correct.
Me and Anna is correct.
Anna and me isn't correct

It's "Anna and I"...
