I wear a size 8 in street shoes but I wear a size 9 wide in Capezio Julliet II soft ballet shoes (style 2027). I am looking to purchase these for a photo shoot ONLY. I will not be going en pointe with them. They're only going to be used for artistic purposes and I would like to buy them online.

If you're not going on pointe in them, then the size is not so crucial.
I would go for a size 5.5 in an Aspiration.
I'm sorry, but it doesn't really matter whether you'll be going onto pointe in them or not, NEVER buy pointe shoes online! Especially if you do not dance on pointe, and don't know what you're doing.
When you're going to buy pointe shoes, whether it's your first pair or your tenth, you must ALWAYS get them professionally fitted by a reputable pointe shoe fitter. Online sizing charts aren't always accurate to street size, and every pointe shoe brand is different. You may be a size 5 in one pair of pointe shoes, but in another, you could be a size 7 narrow. Plus, how would you know what shoe works best on your feet? Everyone has different feet.
You don't want to screw your feet up do you? Get the wrong size, and that calls for pain, trouble just standing flatl in them, and messed up feet. I know I wouldn't want that.
In my honest opinion, the only artistic way you should be using with online pointe shoes right now, is decorating them to hang from your ceiling, and that's IT. And that would mean used pointe shoes off of Ebay, not new! I'm sorry if I may sound harsh to you, but everything I said is true, and I stand by what I said.
Never get pointe shoes unless you're a ballet dancer and have been doing ballet for at least several years, have been approved by a teacher, and go to a reccomended professional fitter.
um... don't they have a size chart that tells you how to buy them?
i think bloch suggests 2 to 3 sizes smaller than your street shoe
