It would depend on YOUR ZONING and whether you had any homeowner covenant restrictions or an HOA that would forbid it. In my neighborhood home businesses are NOT ALLOWED. That can include home bakeries, furniture refinishing shops, and child care businesses, etc.
In most areas, a doggie day care is not an approved zoning use of your home. You need a business license, zoning approvals, liability insurance, and proper set up (and the expectation that your yard and home will get damaged). And proper fencing for the yard or other outdoor area.
i dont see why you couldnt do that at honne but you nnight need a license to run it, nnaybe the ennploynnent agency can give you nnore info on how to get one started
not sure. u could but would u pay tax etc. there may be laws for this business. you would also need insurance in case anything went wrong or a dog owner who may sue you if their pet got injured etc
You have to go through all of the typical things for legally starting a business. This involves tax codes and paperwork and other legal things. You will want a lawyer on hand to help draft things like employment contracts, customer contracts, etc, so talk with them about the legal things you need. If you can start one from your home depends on the local laws for businesses of this type, and where your home is.
