I got √(x) e^x² (x² + 1)^10 (1/2x + x² + 20/(x²+1)) as my answer, is that correct?
I get
20 x sqrt(x) e^(x^2) (x^2 + 1)^9
+ 2x sqrt(x) e^(x^2) (x^2 + 10)^10
+ (1/2x) sqrt(x) e^(x^2) (x^2 + 10)^10.
Your first term is fine, but your second term should be 2x, not x^2,
and your third term is missing a factor of x that came from differentiating (x^2 + 1).
