I wanted to make nice tender hassle-free chicken and left the chicken tenderloins in the oven for 2 - 2½ Hours at 275 degrees. What might I be making here : / ??
I know its crazy but I have no idea what I might have cooked up since I wasn't working off a recipe - just instinct. Is this method even familiar to anyone so perhaps you could tell me what recipe I may have unknowingly followed?

I m afraid I ve got the same thing going on. I put the chicken in about an hour after putting in a slow roasting beef roast. Will two hours be enough for two pounds of chicken breasts boneless?
