What happens if I hold my bladder in for long periods of time?ً?
I do it a lot.. I know it's bad.. Occasionally I would even go as far as a few days. Sometimes it would hurt if I had a tight pant on so I will open the button.. Does it cause bladder infection?
Update:Okay okay.. But .. It's kind of a habit.. Sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it like you know the urge to go to the toilet? It fades. I feel completely normal and forget about it.

That is REALLY REALLY BAD FOR YOU !!!! You are holding in all those toxins for extra days at a time. There's a reason why we piss, we need to empty the toxins out of our body, almost hourly, DEF. NOT BI-WEEKLY !!!!!!!!
