What exactly does 輪狗 mean?
I don't know if I'm reading it wrong or not; wa inu is what it says?
Which, technically would just be something along the line of 'is dog', right? Or is there a different meaning to it? Could someone please tell me?

It's not an official word. But we sometimes put random kanji on sound.
And in this case, it's "link".
輪ç isn't a Japanese word.
Probably Chinese more than likely.
