Tripping is getting high. In this case she is referring to being high on love. That she isn't likely to easily fall in love, but she has for this guy.
Tripping= being in ecstasy, or hallucinating from a drug. Therefore he's saying that he's not likely to hallucinate.
I don't care what song it's from.

The chances of me 'goofing' (making silly mistakes) are none.
