I really don't like names like that. I love the name Autumn, but not Kailey.
Firstly, hearing "Kailey," I would spell it "Kayley" "Kaley" "Kalie" "Kailie" "Kailey" and "Kaylie." I think it's cruel to give your kid a name they have to spell out and correct people on all the time.
Secondly, I really don't like double names. I think they're too cutesy (Mary Sue, Sarah Anne) Autumn as a middle name and frequently calling her by both would be fine. But not Kailey-Autumn or "Kailey Autumn" as a first name (I don't know if that's what you meant or not)
Thirdly, Kailey strikes me as one of those names that young parents choose because they think it sounds pretty or looks pretty, but has little meaning and has not stood the test of time. I think most of these names (at the very least most of the spellings) will fade out of popularity quickly because of the whim with which they were chosen. Maybe the name Kailey has deep meaning to you, but nevertheless, my first impression would be what I wrote above.
Fourthly, I REALLY don't think this name will suit anyone past age 18. It's too cutesy and girly.
The fact that you put a heart after the name strengthens my believe that you chose it because you think it sounds cute.
Trashy. Can you imagine a grown woman named Kailey? I don't like it. Kailey Autumn looks and sounds like a hooker name, no offense. Plus it's difficult to spell. Some people spell it as:
Kaylee
Kayley
Kaylie
Kalie
Kayleigh
Kaleigh
and even more...Even with C's:
Caylee
Caylie
Cayleigh
Cayleigh
Caleigh
and so on. And it DOES sound like a hooker name. I've seen lots of porn in my lifetime.
It's not my style...Kailey is too modern, cutesy, and nicknamy-sounding for my taste...I prefer names that are more traditional and sound more sophisticated and mature to me, although it's nice if there's a cute possible nickname. Autumn is also too modern for my taste, and always makes me picture a shallow "mean girl" type...sorry, just my personal impression.
Some names that I like that have sort of similar sounds:

I like it. love that you choose Autumn for the middle name. I would however like the combination more if it was Haley or even Halle Autumn.
It's alright but I don't like the spelling of Kailey. It's weird and will make your kid's life harder.
I like Cayley or Kaylee or Kayley.
i like it!
Kailey is a cute name and I've always liked Autumn. :)
I think it's stupid because my name is Kailey and you can't grow old with the name. Sounds like a little kid forever.
I love it! :) Or you could change the middle name to Kailey Auden. Both are very pretty!
I think it's really cute, I like both of those names
I love it, also I looked up the meanings and they are as pretty as the name. Congrats!!
