This a serious question, Please no BS answers.
Now i understand i can't breathe Hydrogen Peroxide, but why? Our bodies make it when we get sick, So if i were to dunk myself into a tank of lets say 40 or 50 volume, (Earths Atomosphere is what 21%?) my lungs wouldnt absorb the O² and enough of it to substain life?
Update:EDIT:: Or wait.. H²O² is unstable and would actually have the opposite effect sucking the O² from my body??

if it was highly oxygenated you could
Because the 02 is bound to Hydrogen. Your body needs 02 by itself and our bodies don't have a mechanism to separate the Hydrogens from the Oxygen.
H2O2 is a liquid in the temperature range where people could inhale or ingest something without injury. You can't breath liquid. If you heat H2O2 to try to make it gaseous, it breaks down into ozone and water.
It probably wouldn't decompose fast enough for you to be able to get the oxygen out of it.
