My fiancée is around 5'6 and around 100-115 ibs so shes not a big girl. I'm 6'3 and about 170 ibs. She's Native American and I'm a white boy if that could have anything to do with it. She doesn't do drugs and is healthy. I was just a little worried about it.

Very, very rare. She'll be fine! :)
In the modern 1st world country like the U.S and Europe I would say the chances of her dying are very very low. Extremely low. She should had gone to the doctor to certified that she is pregnant. yes, even if she knows for sure. It is the first step in receiving health care. Form there they will schedule a sonogram (or maybe is sonoscan) after a certain period of time. Depending on what they find or other concerned they will re-chedule a couple more scans. If they forsee few problems then they will only re-chedule a few. If they foresee lots o problems then they will do more. They monitor the baby more as she gets closer to delivery to make sure there aren't any other problem like the baby being too big, the umbilical cord gets wrapped around the neck or the baby or the mother have any health problems like say gestational diabetes heart condition or other abnormalities. If she notices it problems she should go see her doctor and they will gladly take a look at it. They take births very seriously.
To be honest I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it unless the doctors find something out of normal.
The chances are 13 in 100,000. The US does have a higher maternal death rate than other developed countries.........probably due to substandard and expensive prenatal care....but it is still lower than many less developed countries. The US has a high infant mortality rate in comparison with other developed countries......679 per 100,000.
Of course these numbers may seem scary, but do consider that a mere 100 years ago, 1 in 100 births resulted in the death of the mother. And the developed world accounts for only 1% of all maternal deaths.
If she is healthy and seeing her OBGYN on a regular basis, I wouldn't worry about it.
Its very rare that there will be any serious complications. Doctors have a really good idea of what they're doing and everything should be fine.
Very low...doctors know what they are doing nowadays and they can predict it and stop it if the mothers life is in danger.
