Advanced Placement classes are not only for seniors. They are rigorous courses designed for students who want more of an academic challenge. They look really good on college applications. AP classes are designed to give work that is university/college level work, and you can get credit for these courses by completing the course, and writing the final exam. However, in some schools, AP classes are just one year ahead, meaning you may not be doing university level work, just work one year ahead of you. Example, a freshman can take an AP class, so they will actually be doing sophomore work in that one particular class. They help a lot in the future. Good luck!
They are basicaly college classes the more you take in high school the less classes you will have in college if you pass the ap tests. And they are hard
