There are a few things you can do which might help :

Allow your email to fully load up before you click on anything.

Wait for the loading icon in the browser to stop and then try.

If that doesn't help then reload your email or sign out then sign back in.

Make sure your browser is updated to the latest updates and

i have saved a mail back in 2014 in a folder. It is an important mail and I need to access it asap. However, the yahoo says We’re sorry, but there appears to be a problem loading the email"".. what should I do? refreshing isn't helping. All other mails of 2014 are easily opening without any delay. Sometimes the simplest of fixes work wonders such as

type the F5 key to refresh the page and clear up some

clutter.

Or

Type these 3 keys together

Ctrl+Shift+Delete

and in the window that appears Tick the top box

"Preserve Favourite website data"then click on Delete

That will clear out your browser cache and is

usually enough to fix most problems
