I have Yahoo MailPlus yet frequently get this message. Why?

Used Chrome no difference
I am use a Mac but doesn't work on my Iphone or Ipad (just says cant be found on the server)

There are a few things you can do which might help :
Allow your email to fully load up before you click on anything.
Wait for the loading icon in the browser to stop and then try.
If that doesn't help then reload your email or sign out then sign back in.
Make sure your browser is updated to the latest updates and
has the latest version of Adobe Flash player plug-in.
You can also clear the browsing history by pressing control,shift & delete together.
This works for both Internet Explorer & Firefox.Can also work for Chrome as well.
Try another web browser to what your using this might help.
You can also access Yahoo mail on your mobile phone if you have one.
It's a fast,reliable and efficient way to using yahoo mail.
Data needs to be in the phone otherwise it will use the credit in the phone contract or
prepaid plan.

i have saved a mail back in 2014 in a folder. It is an important mail and I need to access it asap. However, the yahoo says We’re sorry, but there appears to be a problem loading the email"".. what should I do? refreshing isn't helping. All other mails of 2014 are easily opening without any delay. Please help.
Sometimes the simplest of fixes work wonders such as
type the F5 key to refresh the page and clear up some
clutter.
Or
Type these 3 keys together
Ctrl+Shift+Delete
and in the window that appears Tick the top box
"Preserve Favourite website data"then click on Delete
That will clear out your browser cache and is
usually enough to fix most problems
Last Option
If they don't work then a full virus scan may be needed.
