For the past month or so I've been getting so many déjà vu moments. AT LEAST 4 times a day. It's really starting to freak me out... Can anyone tell me why this is going on?
Learning about the paranormal (beyond normal) world is challenging because it doesn't lend itself well to experiments and conclusions. I mention that because I've read a number of explanations for the déjà vu phenomenon, and none of the explanations can be scientifically tested. It is unlikely that we would live the same exact life over and over, creating these déjà vu moments. So the explanation that rings truest with me is that these events are inserted into our pre-planned timeline to let our spirits know that we are on track to accomplishing our goals in this lifetime. It's like a highway sign that says, "yes, I'm supposed to be here at this moment."
If you are having frequent experiences, your spirit is trying to get some sort of information to your conscious mind, so pay attention to when it happens, who is around you, and what you are doing and thinking about at the time. Your conscious mind may still not understand the connection, but you can be sure that your subconscious does, as does your spirit. Enjoy the experience. It happens rarely for most of us.
Everyone experiences déjàvu, but no one truly understands it and worse, science has had no luck explaining what it is. Dejavu feels like a hiccup in time when you know precisely, exactly what's about to occur; can quote specific words about to be spoken or foretell actions in meticulous detail. In other words, déjàvu is foreknowledge of the future which means it’s a *precognitive* experience.
Some think of it as just a quirk of memory or a simple perception error, but that seriously underestimates its significance. The theory about déjàvu merely being a “brain glitch” is incorrect, because that overlooks one crucial point – the fact that the experiencer can change the outcome. By not saying the correct dialogue or not performing the specific actions, you’re deviating from the “script” as written.
The next time you sense déjàvu occurring, try to pinpoint why it feels familiar to you, focusing on HOW you recall it rather than the details. If you carefully examine that dejavu exp, you may realize you're actually remembering a *dream* you had. With practice, you might even remember when you had that dream- whether it was weeks or months ago.
Déjàvu, precognitive dreams and precognition are all indicative of extrasensory perception. Every human being has ESP, but some people are predisposed or have a natural propensity for it. If your déjàvu episodes are frequent, that might mean you’re one of those types & could benefit from ESP testing.

I have had Deja Vu moments and had them so frequently at one point I began noticing a flash of light would appear while having them. When I would look at this flash I noticed I could see into the future. Hyper quick flash, so I'd relax and clear my mind to reply it slow to see the tiny piece of the future. Example: I was driving from LA to FL and saw a deja vu. In the flash it show at some point in the future I'd drive FL to LA with a guy I liked. Turns out that was three years ahead! Best part was when the memory of the deja vu hit me in that spot as if I looked at myself ha ha. I don't really get those too frequently now that I found the flash thing in them. I never really got sick but did get lightheaded sometimes. I did get them more when I abused drugs and alcohol.
Something is trying to come through; a thought, a process. Sometimes because you believe you are having a deja vu moments, you actually become more attuned to keeping an eye out for one. Just relax and meditate; it will all come to pass.
Well i can't realy say why for sure. but i once heard about something like when we see certain things that are famaliar to us like lets say a. basketball, a certain friend and a clock (example) we see it being sit in a familar order so it feels like we have lived it before.

Why would you freak out? I like when I experience déjà vu. Anyways, don't worry it's normal it wouldn't hurt you at all.
