Rallying behind a president and publicly attacking are two different things. I will not publicly attack Obama nor disrespect him as liberals are doing to Bush. However, I will not rally behind Obama because I do not believe he will bring any sort of good or change to our country.

Liberals have not rallied behind Bush either which is fine. Publicly attacking a president is completely different.

I think the key is the definition of the word "attack."

The vicious attacking is something that should not have been done against Bush & it wouldn't be done against Obama.

But what one person thinks is an attack, another person thinks is a reasonable critisism.

been a long time since i read the constitution, but as i recall only congress has the authority to declare war.
