I had one in the same spot but the top of my mouth and that was filled today. THis one never hurt until today. I am leaving in 5 minutes to babysit... is there anything I can do?
Go to the drugstore and get Den-tec, or something similar. There's a kit that has a gummy substance that you roll up with your fingers and put right in the cavity. The pain is gone instantly! This stuff has saved me many times... you can eat on it too, leave it in until you see your Dentist.

Any pain killer, Tylenol, ibuprofen etc. there's also a product called Orajel that you put this jelly type substance directly on the area that hurts.
take a pain killer for now.
if it doesnt subside till tomorrow then you should start an antibiotic & then x ray by a dentist. most likely you will need an RCT.
