The Sentra B15 and all later variants are equipped with CANBUS. So all your bulbs also need to be CANBUS-compatible, including the LED conversions.
There are also different variants of CANBUS and different types of LED. But any CANBUS bulb will work with any CANBUS variant. But if you’re replacing indicator (US = turn signal) bulbs then make sure that for the B15 you buy resistor LEDs. That way your indicators and hazard lights will operate correctly.
Bear in mind that your lighting reflectors were never designed for LEDs, so you will probably end up with inferior lighting to regular tungsten filament bulbs.
Yep, there's such little resistance in an LED that it can throw off the electrical system, which was designed to work with a certain range of electrical resistance.
