So, my hair grows pretty fast already but a couple months ago I got my hair cut up to my shoulders and now it's about 2 to 3 inches below my shoulders. Is there any vitamin I could take to speed up the process? And give me good tips about doing the ombré effect to your hair. What should I do before/after getting it done? Should I cut my hair before or after bleaching it and toning it? I bought a developer that's 30 volume. I'm trying to minimize the damage although I know for a fact damage will be done just because of the bleaching.
