For information on food safety regulations, you need to check with food standards agency, they offer loads of advice, then you have to apply it to both employers and employees and summarise it first, make bullet points of good points and bad points if it makes it any easier. But really, having seen your other questions I really do think it will be useful if you get yourself a few books and make notes on them, they usually summarise the information for you. And dont try to answer all questions at once, try to tackle them one at a time. It does get easier once you know how to do it but it just takes time.
