Hi I’m 22. About 6 months ago I started feeling a stomach ache unless I’d just eaten – eating was the only thing that got rid of the pain. It has been getting worse and is still undiagnosed and I’m petrified that the doctors aren’t going to be able to tell me whats wrong and help me. I had a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy, which came back completely clear. Test for h pylori came back negative as well. The pain is in the top to middle section – where I guess either the bottom of my stomach or the top of my bowel.
Peppermint oil hasn’t worked, neither has melbeverine. Antacids (the alkali things) don’t work either. Buscopan may provide *some* relief but nowhere near enough.
I can’t believe there are no more tests to get to the bottom of it? The pain is starting to really stop me living my life – even with really strong painkillers I can’t function properly now.
I am not allergic to anything and up until 6 months ago has never had any bowel problems.
Please help.

It's probably not a form of infection, if it were that it would've progressed by now and you'd be keeling over in pain or dead, plus doctor's see that sort of thing easily.
I'm going to get imaginative here and say that it's a clot that is stuck around your stomach area, the blood doesn't get through unless there's a lot of increased activity (like from eating) hence your pain minus when you've consumed something.

The above link should help out your pain a lot, take it regularly with some water or in a supplement and your pain should subside.. If it doesn't though I'd suggest going to visit a specialist, or cutting things out of your diet one-by-one to see if there's a hidden culprit that's causing continual infection/inflammation.
