Be inspired by this tattoo, but work out your own custom idea, find references (not pictures of tattoos) in items, photos, pictures, art, nature, your life etc. Take your idea and images to your tattoo artist of choice, and have them work with you to come up with a custom design just for you. (that you would not want any one to copy/steal btw)

As to cost for something with that amount of detail - you should figure several hundred dollars.
Take your time and make your tattoo truly yours, and done by the best tattoo artist that you can find.
