someone paid deposit off £10000 pound after sign the lease the landlord saying?
Some friend trying to take over a shop few weeks a go there was stock inside but after signing the lease put the money in his pocket saying the old guy who own this stock he make comeback and asking for troubles or his worker may come and they make ask for the same think so why he didnt tell this before he try to sign the lease so my friend saying i don't want business with trouble so his asking you guys what is his protection should he file this to court
Well he get the MONEY back can someone pls help him with a solution.. Many thanks
Update:sorry is not a lease i a paper saying im paying this money and this money wouldnt be refund
