How to tackle this problem ??

=> (x+16)(x+16) = 0
=> (x+16)² = 0
=> x = -16

If you are ever in doubt, you could always use the quadratic formula to solve for x
So, solution is x= -16
by factorization, we get
x^2+16x +16x +256
x(x+16)+16(x+16)....this gives
(x+16)(x+16) are the factors of the expression
when
(x+16)(x+16)=0.......it means
x=-16 twice
