I just opened an e-mail stating…
“… You don’t know what true power is. Until you have come up against a real prayer warrior you have not experienced real power…”
I’m a tad bit curious what this is about... Should I be expecting my hair to fall out or something?

The Power of Prayer. Being connected to the One True God is a great benefit, and prayer has accomplished some miraculous things on this Earth.

You have come up against a person who is intensely "religious" but who is ignorant of what the Bible actually teaches. The exact words that the Bible uses are "having a zeal for God but WITHOUT knowledge."
We have no power at all. The power is in the message of the good news that God gives us to share with our fellow human beings. The GOSPEL is the power of God unto salvation the Bible tells us.
God wants us to properly represent Him when we speak with others. Those who make the focus themselves and what THEY can do have totally missed the point. The issue is God and what HE has already DONE to secure a reconciliation between ourselves and Him.
Christians have the responsibility to tell you what the good news IS...that Christ died for your sins, was buried to take those sins out of Gods sight forever, and rose from the dead to prove that His payment was indeed acceptable by God the Father as payment in full. You may now approach God on the merits of Christ who paid the sin debt FOR you. You have been reconciled to HIM, and now you need to RESPOND. Either believe it, or reject it.
Anyone who tries to make what they do the focal point in what God has to offer is "out to lunch" spiritually. They need saving as much as you do.

I consider myself a Christ follower but yet I have yet to receive any special powers. I do believe there is power in prayer but it is between God and the follower. Please understand the fringe does not speak for all of us.
Don't underestimate the power of prayer. It really works. The Good Lord answers in his own time not ours.
I hear they can achieve tangible results through a form of meditation alone, they are very powerful people.
Honestly, you should direct this question to the person that e-mailed you. Because this Christian has no clue as to what he might mean.
The powers of annoyance and irritation.
A prayer warrior? What do they do? Beat you with thier Bible?
