So, I started cutting back in may at 210 lbs and 30%+ BF, to now where I am at 158 lbs and approximately 13.5% BF. I’m 22 and 5’7”. At first everything was easy. But it seems like ever since my bodyfat dipped under 15% I’ve been having uncontrollable urges to binge.
I’ve been spinning my wheels the last three weeks because I’ve been having uncontrollable 10k binges weekly. My TDEE is 4000-4500 because I walk everywhere, I lift, and I do long distance running, and I’ve been cutting at an average of 2750 a day
I have a blurry six pack in the mirror, and my goal is to hit 10% bodyfat to make my abs really pop. But it seems I’ve hit a mental plateau, and I just don’t know what to do. Anyone been through this? Thanks in advance!

What does this have to do with finance?
Your body mass index is 24.7. The official charts say 24.9 is at the high end of normal.
Given that MOST healthy people are about 20 lbs over what BMI says they should be, I suspect your body is telling you you actually need to GAIN weight.
Note: as muscle is denser than fat, BMI ALWAYS shows athletes as higher body fat than they actually are.
I am curious how you determine your body fat %. Anything you are getting online is a BAD estimate.
