Should I still use a name as a middle name that my sister had named her baby it as a first name?
I am so sorry if the question is confusing.
Basically my sister named her son a name I would of liked to use the name if I have a son in future. She knew but I Wil admit I gave her the go ahead. But as of recent I thought about adding it back to my possible middle name list. I would not use it as a first name. So my question basically is, should add it back into my list of future possible middle names?

If you love the name, use it, as a first or middle name. I don’t get the ownership of names thing. Two of my cousins are named Henry.

yes. being a middle name is not the same as using it as a first name

There is no reason why you can’t use it as a middle name or even a first name..........loads of cousins have the same name many of which have the same first, middle & surnames

My brother gave the same first name to his first born
