Okay, so here's what I need modified. Gengar is really.......Meh.
Or at least his moveset is. Please replace that.
And Garchomp is Uber, so I need him changed. However, I also need a good Dragon type that can learn Earthquake. I don't think that's too hard to handle, right?

garchomp is probably the best one to learn earthquake but if you want you can also teach haxourus earthquake. i would say salamence but hes too weak against ice moves. your gengar moveset i reccomend is: toxic, shadow ball, double team, giga drain @lax incense/bright powder. thats a wtf gengar or: focusblast, hypnosis, dream eater, shadowball@ leftovers.
