Anyways today i had one cigarette in the morning and right now it's 6:45 and im kind of craving one. Im going to go buy two packs of marb lights(or parliaments which is lighter) but im not going to smoke for the whole week. And the next week i will smoke three a day. So they could last longer. I really need to save. Any tips on how to stop the crave for the week? And spare the lecture, i could look at a black lung and smoke 5 stogs.:)

Every time you want to smoke, be self aware of your actions, and realize that you can control yourself.
Step 1. When you pick them up, stop, and realize that you are about to smoke.
Step 2. Dispose of them in some way that you can't get them back, I.e give them away, return them, throw them off a cliff, you get my point
Step 3. Talk to a friend. Having a conversation will distract you
No matter how bad it gets make sure that you realize that what you are doing could kill you. My mother is a medical reporter and there have been many tragic stories about this.
Falling out of love is equal to quitting smoking, so I just gave you the advice I take, except for me rather than cigarettes I put down my social media. Take me seriously here, just because we have two different situations it is the same.
MOST IMPORTANT THING:
Have. Self. Control.

The last time I ran out of smokes was the Day I quit April 2 2009 at 2:10pm
The nicotine patches do help. They stop the up and down cravings. Make it level out.
Why buy any if you plan to go a week without?
If you don't have them then you can't be tempted.
