Possible anxiety problem? Please help! ☹?

I'm trying to get as many opinions as possible, that's why I'm asking so much. I'm sorry if this is a cause of annoyance to you.

Okay, so I have symptoms like:

-I'm scared of speaking out loud in lessons.

-I'm scared that my peers will torment me during lessons.

-The mere sound of someone saying my name of something that sound similar gives me a sinking feeling in my stomach.

-Ive become more withdrawn from my friends and every when sitting with then I do not talk as much as I used to.

-I have back pains, I dread going to school, I twitch and bounce my leg a lot, I no longer leave my house for anything but school and going out with my family (if I am invited out I make excuses as to why I cannot go), I'm extremely self conscious, I worry a lot more than I used to about small things, I get sweaty palms etc..

I also get extremely stressed, worried and sometimes angry before or while revising for exams. I know that is pretty normal but I feel like I over react a lot. I will cry until my head is killing me. Like, it really hurts. It feels like there is some kind of pressure. Is this normal?

Some social situations I can deal with, like being with a group of friends. But I don't like going into stores and paying for things alone, talking to people I don't know, being spoken to by people I don't know and being spoken to by peers at school that I'm not close friends with. I feel really stupid for not being able to do these things but I really don't like it.

I also get hot flushes and go very red. Sometimes this happened for no reason and its really embarrassing.

I also have this really weird habit of holding the ends of my school jumper in my hand so that my hands are covered. I started doing this a few years ago and I thought it was normal but I don't know of anyone else who does it. Does this mean anything or is it normal?

I've read that these could be signed of anxiety problems.

If you want to know more then please look at my previous questions. Any advice is appreciated. I was as many opinions as possible. Thank you. ☻
