Poll: Have you ever heard of a convict getting thrown out of prison ?
Do you know of anyone who was in prison for 2nd degree manslaughter and before 120 days the Prison Warden kicks him out of prison because the warden says he doesn't belong in prison?
Update:I know of someone this happened to.

Nope. I have heard they will would be moved from one prison to another one, if they have problems in one of the prisons.
No, I haven't. If one has completed her/his sentence or been paroled, then they must leave, but not before either of those conditions being met. I don't think any warden can evict a convict from prison. That's unbelievable.
No. The Warden has no say on releasing prisoners. So, your question is moot.
