Pokemon:¿can you get TM02 dragon claw as a price in a contest or battle frontier or something like that?
I have wasted all the TM02 found in the caves or hidden places and i wonder if i can get extra TM02 by using BP in a battle frontier, contest or simply by a move tutor. I have Pokemon Leafgreen, Emerald, Platinum and Soul Silver. I need an answer soon please. i would rate with 5 stars to the best answer.

Btw. You normally won't find any TMs in Pokémon Contests.
