Taken is good but its more of an action horror. Also generally if a movie is PG13 and its a horror, it will be more of an action horror, so it can be like a relief to all of the horror.

I don't watch scary movies, but I've heard that the Grudge (or whatever it's called) is good. Probably not what you're looking for though.
