Good question. If there were one "T-shirt" people could wear, something so many people share, this might be it. The only authentic relief for rage is to vent, at full throttle and passion, to someone who cares. Many in today's generation don't have that outlet readily available to them, and it matters. It's a shame.

You can get into some sports like boxing, gym swimming or you might need catharsis of some sort to vent out your feelings

Figure it out and publish a book. You'll be a millionaire. Honestly, I think tons of us are going through the exact same situation. Find a cause and run with it.

Ways to deal with your rage:

#1 Workout Hard: When you workout hard you are getting rid of some extra testosterone which may be fueling your rage.

#2 Listen to metal and just scream the lyrics: Metal often has singers that scream for most of the song. If you are screaming along with them I can guarantee you will release some rage.

#3: Try to sign up for a kickboxing gym: This option may seem like a pain in the butt, but if you end up enrolling in for a kickboxing gym you will be able to fight other men which often releases a lot of energy since fighting is an intense workout.
