I'm going to ombré my hair with a unnatural color. I like girly stuff but I also like scene style stuff. What color should I dye it?

Here's what I look like:

Pale skin

Ice blue/dark blue/ grey/ dark grey eyes

Light freckles on face

Darker freckles and arms and legs

5'2"

Medium blonde hair; darker roots (dyed my hair)

Not per say "skinny" but not "fat"

My style is girly, scene, and 'tumblr girl' style

Help please, I really like pastels but reds look AMAZING on me. I might just do a natural color ombré but some maybe highlights later.
