I got my nose pierced a few months ago and about a month and a half after getting it pierced it accidentally got yanked out. Now there is this red bump that seems to be growing inside and around the piercing. It doesn’t seem like a normal infection bc I’ve gotten plenty of those but it’s been here for months now and won’t go away! It doesn’t hurt to put jewelry in and out. What do I need to do? Thank you

Its an irritation bump. It will go away when the source of irritation goes away.
Go to your piercer and have them put in high quality implant grade jewelry. Do not use a hoop, use a stud.
Go to the drugstore and get sterile saline wound wash spray. The only ingredients should be sodium chloride and water. Get some sterile gauze pads too. All of this should be near the bandages. Saturate a gauze pad with the spray and hold it on the piercing for 5 - 10 mins. Do this morning and evening until the bump goes away.
Ive been in the same boat. I cleansed mine with sea salt water mixture several times a day. It went away after a few weeks.
