If a 26 year old male who’s healthy works out drinks vitamins and immune boosters and has proper sanitary such as washing hands showering ect 

What’re the chances they’d die from the flu ? 

I don’t have the flu shot I have seasonal allergy induced asthma so I don’t have full blown out of whack asthma would that put me in the group of people who would die to the flu

Also can someone prevent the flu from turning into pneumonia?
