it has new plugs and the wires are good and have been checked and the cap and rotor are good as well I put the new plugs in after this happened and it didnt change anything

change your engine temperature sender thats throws this code i would go ahead and change your thermostat and radiator cap if computer is reading correct temp it throws things into loop mode trying to adjust things
