soemtimes i feel like i cant breatha nd my heart hurts , like i have to make myself breath otherwise i wouldnt and my heart hurts soemtimes so bad , lately ive been feeling like i have to breath i have to make myself breath and like my heart feels sofocating and like it couldnt breath , like soemthing like burns and it hurts
i have not go to the doctor or anything
so i would apreaciatte if you kbnow what it could be

you need to go to the doctor or the ER. You sound like you are experiencing some kind of "congestion"around the heart,are your extremeties puffy,swollen,or even your abdomen area? Have you been experiencing any lathargia(tiredness),do you have to sit and "take a break"when you are just doing normal activities,such as walking? Anyway, I STRONGLY urge you to go to the doctors!! This may not be your heart. It could be that something is wrong with your lungs. Do you have a fever? Maybe you have asthma or something like that. It could also be stomach problems.
I would get to the doctor right away. Call his/her office and see what they tell you to do. There are always someone on call at night and on week-ends.
Wish folks would reveal their ages it would make things easier to answer some of these questions. Do you smoke?

You could be getting a severe asthma attac or something more worrying, go to er and get it hecked out, there may be treatment.
maybe angina pectoris...consult your doctor, take pain killer
