Obvious troll. She would have told you how supporting you could have led to more money for both of you, but she is going it alone. She would have pushed for you to marry her if she was legit. Next.
Why would you receive her allowance? You are not even married. If she wants to give you her pay then her name needs to be on the bank account, in other words, it has to be a joint account, so that both of you have access. There is no way a sensible person would put the money into your account if they could not access it.
If she wants to give her money to you, that's up to her. There is no process by which you can get the military to give it to you. You're not married. You do not exist to the military. Even if you were married, it's HER pay, not yours. SHE decides the account(s) into which it is direct-deposited and does the paperwork. If you don't have a joint account, tough doo-doo for you. It's her money.
What would negatively affect your bank account, other than not paying attention to it and overdrawing it?
If you want money from your girlfriend, she can send you a check, have her bank transfer money to your bank, or wire you money. If she is in the US military, she could conceivably set up an allotment to have a portion of her pay sent to you.
Or, you could just be financially independent and not rely on your girlfriend to pay your bills.
What allowance? She will be getting Basic Pay and COLA, maybe OHA to pay for rent there. If she wants to send you money then she can send you money. It depends on what she can afford The military will not do it because you do not exist in their eyes as a bf

She is in the Army...as her “boyfriend” who wants to leech off of her you do not exist as far as the Army is concerned

Unless you are married you do not exist and are entitled to nothing
So if you aren't married you don't exist as far as the Army is concerned.
She can send you money, but you have no standing to skip her even if she wants to.
To what army does she belong?
