My fiancé needs weight loss tips?

My fiancé Megan is a tad overweight, she is 275 lbs and 5'6 she is very pretty though, but she has been wanting to lose weight lately, she said she wants to be down to atleast 135 lbs by June, and obviously it's October haha. We don't have much money to be supporting a diet much, she has a gym membership And likes going, what kind of breakfasts lunches and dinners should she be eating, what are healthy non costly choices and what is overall a fast track to her goal by June?
