My fiancé Megan is a tad overweight, she is 275 lbs and 5'6 she is very pretty though, but she has been wanting to lose weight lately, she said she wants to be down to atleast 135 lbs by June, and obviously it's October haha. We don't have much money to be supporting a diet much, she has a gym membership And likes going, what kind of breakfasts lunches and dinners should she be eating, what are healthy non costly choices and what is overall a fast track to her goal by June?

The best advice I can give her is to keep exercising and to have SATISFYING healthy meals. If one of you cooks just take healthy ingredients (you know vegetables, lean meats, lean butters...) and cook a meal that will satisfy because diet food kind of sucks.
Some strategies: drink a lot of tea when feeling like snacking
Oatmeal is good for breakfast so are eggs because protein will keep her full until lunch.
Granola bars are good snacks
Tell her to pick the healthy snacks she LIKES to eat not the ones others say because not everyone likes the same thing. Eating should not be miserable
If she does not have a myfitnesspal account tell her to get one. It is pretty simple if you eat healthy foods, count your calories, drink lots of water, exercise, and drink tea tea tea! Lots of tea. And it would help if she got involved in an activity that will excite her and keep her mind off the fact that she is cutting back because it can be challenging. The weight should shed like that:)

distracted dining will get you in trouble avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theater as you re bound to consume more calories
2 hour walk at a moderate pace
Eat early in the day to lose moew weight

cut your lawn with a push mower for 17 minutes
take a leisurely walk in the park for 51 minutes
