It does depend on the genes! They will probably look more Mexican than white. My coworkers three children are half Mexican and half white. My coworker is white her husband is full blooded Mexican. The oldest child looks very Mexican. His hair is very course and short. His skin is very dark. The second child actually looks Asian and he's not. People always question her if her child is Asian. His skin is light and his hair is dark and think. The third child looks Mexican. Her skin is dark, her hair is dark and thick. None of the children look white even though they are half German. A lot of times people will ask her if those are her children. My coworker is so white and her kids just don't look anything like her. They look more like their dad.
None of these answers are correct - except for the first one. No body can tell you what your kids will look like. It ALL depends on genetic material which genes and DNA material is dominant and which is recessive. You can go to this website this is a thought up idea of dominant genes but not always true. http://www.blinn.edu/socialscience/ldthomas/feldma... Also because you can have genes reflect off of the entire family not just you and your husband.
what style of Mexican are you? he isn't only 0.5/Mexican or Hispanic because of fact neither of those are a race. Are you White, Mestizo, or American Indian? Your son could be a million/2 black, a million/4 white, a million/4 Amerindian . yet yeah the dad does verify the race on the delivery certificates.
Mexican is a nationality, not a race. There are black Mexicans, Asian Mexicans, white Mexicans, etc., just as there are black Americans, Asian Americans, etc.
No one knows what your children will look like and there's only one way to find out.
Skin tone is a total crap shoot, but odds are pretty high that they'll wind up with dark hair (dark, luxurious hair, long eyelashes... and lots to tweeze and shave), and dark eyes. Both dark eyes and hair are dominant traits. If you have lighter hair or eyes there is a chance they could wind up with that, but not as likely as dark hair or eyes.
They'll be light skinned, but they'll look more Mexican than white. Darker hair and skin tones are dominate genes. Brown hair, darker skin, brown eyes are all dominate. If your finance has those, there's a better chance the kids will come out with the same sort of features.
Umm- they could be light, they could be dark, they could be anywhere in between. They could have even lighter or even darker skin then both of you, if any of your parents/grandparents were really light or really dark. Genetics are hard to predict without crazy tests.
The person below is right, its all about the genes. And theres and endless amount of possibilities to what your kids could look like. They could have your eyes, and his skin. They could have his nose and your skin.. like a said..endless amount of possibilities.
Well, my fiance is costa rican and white I think he looks Latin, though he isn't too dark, just a tan. It is in his features: the latin nose and facial structure. he is pretty hot, i have to say.
