My fiancé has borderline personality disorder.. Drugs?
He was on meth before I met him. I have him the ultimatum where he was to stop or there was no future. On occaasion he has these episodes of going without sleeping for 1-2 nights, sitting up by himself all night alone and crying now and again and during this time he masturbates excessively. He is absolutely adimant he no longer takes drugs, his traits with his borderline are driving me mad and he's booked in with a psychologist in 10 days.. But what if like to know is with those above symptoms do you think it's his condition or is he lying about the drugs?

It is impossible to know from here. You are much closer and able to observe him more acutely. His Psychologist should be able to help, but that is a long term process.
What you are describing is going to affect him for his life. He will be better, he will be worse. You will never know when he will be awesome or ill equipped to handle life. Ultimatums are fine, but there is a point where most people get as good as they are going to get and there is no fairy tale ending after that.
You need to decide if this is the person you want to marry or not. If you marry him, do so knowing that this behavior may continue for his life and you will have to deal with it.
