I’m civil and nice to hide kids. I barely see them anyways. They with their mother most of the time. I see my boyfriend a lot and he still gives me a lot of attention regardless of him having kids but do you think things will be messy in the future or when we get married.

Go to couple's counseling. If your boyfriend won't go with you, go alone.

If you get married you'll be part of that family - his kids will be your kids. They won't go away.

You don't like or want kids. There's your answer. You can be civil and kind all you want, but if you marry this guy you will become resentful of those kids when he spends time with them or they're at your house. Do him a favor and move on so he can be with someone who does like kids.
