Only those who have been saved by the grace of God alone, in Jesus Christ alone, by faith alone, for the glory of God alone.  Muslims deny the truth of Jesus Christ (that He is God) so they have no salvation in Islam.  Romanists deny the sufficiency of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, so there is no salvation in Romanism.

John 14:6  Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me."

It has everything to do with Jesus Christ and nothing to do with religion.

muslims do so believe in Jesus.. His name is mentioned more times in our holy book than Mohammads name.. We believe he was born to Virgin Mary, healed the lepers and the blind and even brought back someone from the dead.. He was given m iracle abilities by God to further and support his prophethood.. doesnt make him God though... ... and to your question.. in Islam... God says there are those of the book (ie: christians and jews) that believe in the one true God and will go to heaven.... .. by the way.. there are those in all 3 faiths, christianity, judaism and islam that will sin and be punished in hell.. just believing wont get you to heaven, you must also keep Gods commandments.. 

Catholics are one of the many thousands of varieties of Christian. "Christianity" is not a religion but a blanket term covering all those different religions. They cannot all be right but they can all be wrong. And probably are.

Only those of The Body of The Church commissioned by The Creator God will enter Heaven.....  Only The Creator God decrees who becomes a part of The Body of His Church.... those are the ones who come to Him in The Way He prescribes........ very few of the papist catholics manage to find The Way.... none of the Leadership of the papist catholics will be found in Heaven..... it is impossible for those of islam to find The Way... so no muslims will be found in heaven................ no humans will be sent to hell.... those mortals found unworthy by The Creator God will be disposed of... they will cease to exist.... that is the true death.............. God makes The Rules.... man-kind does not.... play by God's Rules... or... ultimately..... you lose
