She said that she wanted to meet with me sometime to return some items. She made it clear she didn’t want to send them through anyone else.. she wanted to meet. The conversation ended with her asking me to stay in touch.. which I failed to do. Recently a friend put up a picture with me on Instagram and she liked it. It was only weird because she NEVER likes any of my friends pictures.. only the one with me in it. It honestly got me to thinking and I can’t decide if these are signs she still cares ?? I can’t decide if I should contact her again, because when she broke up with me the first time it hurt pretty bad.. I appreciate any and all advice

Don't go back with someone who broke up with you. At this point she would just be using you until the next guy she likes better comes along. And just like the first time, she'll walk out and leave you devastated. Stay away and find a girl who wants you not who wants to use you.
Shes reaching out to you because she misses the good times she had with you... perhaps the current guy she is seeing is acting like douche or too agreeable.. perhaps she just got dumped and lonely...
My advice has always been never to take an ex back if the relationship ended one sided... if she comes back, nothing but sex...otherwise you ll just hurt yourself
