RuPaul is a show helping women feel great about themselves- physically, and be more confident. Just because it is ran by a group of drag queens, does not represent the whole community. That would be like one thing about straight guys- to represent the whole straight community.

First of all, drag queens are part of the LGBT. This is who they are and who they like to be. Just like the rich people have shows like "Real Housewives of Atlanta (or whatever city)", the LGBT has shows like RuPaul's Drag Race. Your cousin is grasping at straws to try and find reasons to keep hold to his homophobia. Does he think all rich people are like the people on reality shows? Probably not because that would be unrealistic. There are people in all groups of life that "make the group look bad", but most people know that they aren't the majority. Look at terrorists and how many Americans view Middle Eastern people or even just Muslims. Just let your cousin be. The drag queens on RuPaul's show are providing entertainment. Your cousin could equate drag queens with butch lesbians if he wanted to for another reason not to like the LGBT. Everyone should be themselves and it's too bad if someone doesn't like it. Maybe he'll meet a member of the LGBT that really changes his mind. Hope this helps.

The show is really ridiculous, but extremely funny. I don't like watching it at home around my parents because I do see how many would stereotype every LGBT person to being a flamboyant drag queens. When ever I watch it my dad comes down and gets all "funny" saying things like "You know that's a man, right?" and laughing, but I think it's a good show for society in general because it gets people exposed to a different culture within our own.

Honestly, I think RuPaul's Drag Race in a way, "makes fun of" gay men. When people watch this show, they think all gay men are like that. So me personally think Rupaul's Drag Race is a bad representation to gay men.

Its a show and has good rating. LOGO can't help it if someone is closed minded and uneducated. Honestly if someone thinks we all act that way that isn't LOGO's fault. Its not their job to ensure people use their brains. Saying all gays act like that is liking saying every house wife acts like the ones on the Real House Wifes. lol. i don't think of i could desire to do any of those issues. i'm have not got any want to be any style of celebrity; that style of celebrity isn't the fashion of celebrity i'm drawn to. I submit to in recommendations some years in the past, right this moment i could be gazing a coach called Dragon Ball Z, yet it is now, not then. i'm meant to be packing my stuff, yet i'm dragging my feet...
