In the JW publication Revelation: It’s Grand Climax at Hand! (referred to as now as Grand Climax) people are categorised as either being revealed as Jehovah’s seed and belonging to his “wifelike celestial organization” (1988:11) or “Satan’s human seed” (ibid., 12) belonging to his “invisible organisation on earth.” (ibid., 11) . Those identifying themselves with the WT will be resurrected after death, to either live forever on earth or in heaven, depending on what class according to WT doctrine they belong (WT 15/2/1983:12; 15/11/1981:21; Grand Climax, 1988:12). “There is nowhere else to go for divine favor and life eternal.” (WT 15/11/1992:21). Those who are outsiders have a destiny of annihilation (cf. The New World, 1942:249).
In many organized religions, upper management makes it clear as to what is right and what is wrong. Existence depends upon creed (I believe, therefore I am), upon mission (I obey, therefore I am) and beyond these, upon a sense of total merger with the organisation. Should he stray from the "truth" his right to exist may be withdrawn and he is pronounced "dead".
Does being “CATEGORISED” (live forever if you stay with the org. or die forever outside the org.) in such a manner affect the minds of the JW members?
Is creed (the "truth") much more important than the person? For example, banning organ transplants at one point and many people died needlessly before the Watchtower Society changed its rules and allowed these procedures.
Can you give some examples, please?

Many Witnesses throughout Watchtower history were disfellowshipped
for stubbornly refusing to see eye to eye on a particular view.
But even after " New Light " revealed that many of those former brother's and sister's
were actually correct in their initial assessment, they continued to remain disfellowshipped.
What then can we glean from this type of situation ?
That obedience is the key , NOT doctrine ?
This is exactly NO different than how the U.S. leadership views it's citizen's ,......by saying :
"National security is more important than individual will."....OR
" The ends justify the means."
The NT teaches a Way of life contrary to that lived in the world. - This Way of life is based on the command to love your neighbor as yourself. The Apostles built communities, not church buildings. Satan's house is divided against itself denominationally but can be recognized by the congregation living amongst the world. Rather than love they exploit each other. - Satan's children dress as angels of light preaching doctrines of demons and traditions of mad men.
Reproach on the organization, trumps even reproach on Jehovah himself. Or as jw see it, any conduct or sin that makes their 'religious structure' look bad is to be avoided at all costs. Thus one can truthfully say they consider the 'organization' of men just as important as God himself.
The common practice of disfellowshipping (200+per day) is based upon the sinners/apostates attitude toward the 'organization' and its appointed representatives. If you tell them to take a hike, they interpret that to mean your rejection of God is a just a given fact.
It should be the exact opposite, but because they have manufactured this 'group think' mentality loyalty to God is equated with your standing in the 'organization'.
The funny thing is, they are the first to claim that they have no fear of man, yet it is in fact the fear of men that keeps them on their path.
People must determine for themselves what truth is. Most people believes Jesus is a part of a mysterious trinity and that he lives in human form in heaven. Others believe that he is the son of God and that he reigns in heaven on the throne of God in the same form that God is in.
These Trinitarians use some heavy physiological warfare to keep their "flocks" under their control. They tell them that if they do not believe what they teach then they are going to spend eternity in a place where they will be tortured forever in fire and brimstone.
Jehovah's Witnesses teach that you have a choice to make. You follow Jesus and become a Christian or you do not. Jesus told us that not many will make the right choice and will be on the broad and spacious road to destruction. Of course this is not without Christians doing their utmost to warn people about it.
Does this effect the minds of Christians? I suppose it does. We know our limitations with imperfection but it still effects us. We want to do what is right in the eyes of Jehovah and his son Jesus but, as Paul said, we are at war with the spirit of this system of things and that it is easy to give in to those desires of the flesh. It is a daily life struggle. Muslim's call it jihad. Most religions recognize this. We need to pray to Jehovah in order to gain the strength needed to get over it.
Is the truth more important than the person? If it is Jehovah's truth then yes. Jesus taught us that dogma that originates outside the Bible, also called traditions of man, should not be considered in our worship of God. Your example of organ transplants is a good example of something that is not covered in the Bible. The brothers of the time had somebody ask the question about organ transplants. The worldly consensus of the time is that it equate to cannibalism. The brothers tried to find a Bible standard that would shed more light if God thought it was good. They gave some scriptures that they thought would shed this light and also looked at some outside sources. The brothers are not medical doctors. Christians are asked to take in consideration what is written in the Bible when making decisions in every day life. As time progressed people got more tolerant of advanced medicines. The warnings from the brothers were that we needed to watch how we deal with blood transfusions. People want to break down God's truths in order for them to live their lives easier and to the fullest. Is that what God's wants? That is for you to decide.
The vindication of Jehovah God, is.
The reproach that has been heaped upon
His Great and Wonderful name, is disgusting.
Personally, I would say yes, to your question.
But, that's just coming from a humble heart.
Jehovah God, may not say or feel the same way as I do.
Seventh-day Adventists are the actual true,
Satan made war with God's remnant church(s), those who keep the commandments of God and have the testmony of Jesus Christ - Revelation 12:17, we are one of the few churches in the world who actually keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
