The budget will not allow you to get a very decent dslr, what I would do is check out older versions of canon/Nikon dslrs and check if they have any affordable ones in the used/refurbished section.

Are you new to dslr cameras? If so I'd suggest the Canon 1100D - an excellent learning camera. But you won't get an extra lens within that budget.

All dSLR's are good. They are all basically the same. You can use any dSLR to shoot anything if you know exactly what you are doing.
